Hello charle and luciano,
Instructions are correct but the problem is that Antivirus .NET automatically changes proxy settings back just after you click ok.
Solution:
You will have to to put a setup file of our suggested antispyware tool into infected system and run it. When setup file is executed it will automatically fix the problem. And you will have internet connection back again.
If you have any issues feel free to ask
Regards
A simple registry cleaner will find the registry entries without files. The registry entries that I found concerning were in Internete Explorer-phishing filter and Windows/Current User/Internet Explorer- proxy server settings and proxy server
