Infection Video Windows Police Pro

Windows Police Pro

Windows Police Pro is a misleading application that is designed to report non-existent infections on the computer system it has infiltrated. The main goal of Windows Police Pro, as like with most other rogue applications, is to convince the computer user that their computer has been infected with a variety of malware, and that one should purchase the full version of Windows Police Pro to protect the PC from these PC threats, of course, it is strongly recommend not to do so, as it is all part of the scam.

Instead, uninstall Windows Police Pro from the system as soon as possible; otherwise it may cause serious problems to the computer in question. Usually, this bogus Windows Police Pro application is promoted via the use of Trojan infections and fake online anti-malware scanners. The fake scanners tend to display warnings about serious computer problems and may recommend that the user download Windows Police Pro. As soon as a user clicks on any of the pop-up notifications, they are redirected to the pay page of Windows Police Pro. When running, Windows Police Pro will imitate a legitimate system scan and report a variety of infections. The infections reported by Windows Police Pro are all of course false and pose no harm to the computer in question. The rogue program will state that your computer is infected with Spyware, Trojans and adware. In reality, though, the only infection is Windows Police Pro. To make things worse, Windows Police Pro will display legitimate-looking security alerts from the Windows Task bar.

One might even see two Windows Security Center icons. It is also highly likely for the Internet browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) to be hijacked, preventing the user from browsing certain security websites or may even prohibit the user from downloading a legitimate and trustworthy antivirus program. It is possible that the affected computer will work slower than usual, due to the nature of these malicious programs. Do not purchase Windows Police Pro; it is a scam and nothing more!
