Home Antivirus 2010, also known as HomeAntivirus2010 is a clone of the recent Home Antivirus 2009. Home Antivirus 2010 is nonfunctional if you try to use it as a security tool. Home Antivirus 2010 does not run a system scan on the infected computer; instead it displays falsified security reports, without ever having scanned the system in question. MProtect2009 is also incapable of removing malware.

Home Antivirus 2010 does claim to be able to delete infections, however only once the unsuspecting user has purchased its full version, one should be fully aware that these are merely tactics employed by the designers of Home Antivirus 2010, and is actually just a waste of time and money. Needless to say, M-Protect 2009 tends to utilize aggressive tactics to push people into buying the program.

Home Antivirus 2010 loads enormous amounts of pop-up messages and system tray alerts to create an image of a badly infected system. Do not trust a single message displayed by MProtect2009 and be sure to remove this malware as soon as possible.
