Attentive Antivirus

Attentive Antivirus is a rogue security application which attempts to make you think that your computer is severely infected. In fact, the presence of Attentive Antivirus indicates that your computer is infected with a Trojan horse which belongs to the Rogue.WinWebSec malware family, which also includes a lot of dangerous scareware applications.

Attentive Antivirus is a replacement for System Care Antivirus, Disk Antivirus Professional, Live Security Platinum, and some other notorious rogue anti-virus programs. As the threat in question is highly dangerous, you should remove it from the PC once you find that it is running on your PC.

Like any other anti-virus program, Attentive Antivirus does not have any features that would help you to determine that it is unsafe. It has its control panel enabling you to scan the PC, update the software, check what threats have been quarantined, etc. Moreover, it simulates scans and display pop-up alerts and warning saying that a particular number of infections have been found.

For example, you may find a fake alert similar to the one presented below:

Suspicious activity detected in the application taskmgr.exe similar to the behavior of the virus Win32/Conflicker.X. For your security and to avoid loss of data, the operation of the application taskmgr.exe has been temporary restricted. To restore the application’s full operation, you must use the full edition of Attentive Antivirus.

Another warning may only indicate the number of the infections found and recommend you activate the program:

Recommendation: You are using a limited version of Attentive Antivirus. Please activate Attentive Antivirus to resist all virus threats efficiently.

As you can see, the rogue program displays recommendations for activating it, which you should not do if you want to save your money. The people behind Attentive Antivirus expect you to expose your personal information and make a money transaction. Do not buy the so-called full version of the software as nothing will change.  The fact that Attentive Antivirus has been installed without your consent should arouse your suspicion, so do not wait and remove the threat from the PC.

The scareware application should be eliminated from the computer with a spyware removal tool as the threat generates various files, all of which can be located in different directories. By implementing a powerful and reputable application, you will make sure that all those harmful components will be removed, not to mention the fact that the system will be protected, especially if you choose SpyHunter, which is a highly powerful and reliable spyware prevention tool.

Attentive Antivirus can also restrict your access to the Internet. Whenever you try to access some website, you will find a warning saying that the website you want to visit may harm your PC. In order to get rid of this restriction and disable fake scans and pop-up messages, you may like to register the application with one of the following activation keys. If the first key does not work, do not worry and try the second one.

Note that the software will also safeguard the system so that you can browse the Internet safely, so do not wait any longer and get rid of the dangerous infection.
