i got infected with personal shield pro, tryed everything possible to remove it, but i can´t install none of this removal programs, the personal shield pro won´t let it get installed...what´s to be done next?

Did You try intsalling in SAFE MODE?
When You start Your computer, press F8 repeatedly, until a menu apears. Use Your computer arrow keys, and choose SAFE MODE with Networking.
